Hello, I am Julie. I've been in Early childhood for 35+ years. Throughout my career, I have watched generations grow from children into adults, to parents. It is a joy and privilege to witness. Working with families is my passion.

Hi, I am the Assistant Director. I have been working with children here at RLC since June of 2015. I received my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of the families lives, as I develop and care for their children.

Hello, I'm Kayla. I have been with RLC since I was a student-volunteer in 2019. My son has been enrolled in RLC since he was 2 and I couldn’t be any happier with his progress in his development. I’m also currently pursuing my ECE degree. I am grateful to work with children and see them grow!

Hi there, I am a consultant here at RLC. We established RLC in 2014, however I've worked with children for over 20 years. I have my degree in Early Childhood Education and my goal is to improve the child care setting in AZ. I believe children are a gift and deserve the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.
