Meet Mrs. Caitlin
Hi there, I am the Director here at RLC. We established RLC in 2014, however I've worked with children for over 20 years. I have my degree in Early Childhood Education and my goal is to improve the child care setting in AZ. I believe children are a gift and deserve the opportunity to reach their fullest potential.

Hi, I am the Assistant Director. I have been working with children here at RLC since June of 2015. I received my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of the families lives, as I develop and care for their children.

Hello, I'm the lead Preschool teacher! I'm currently pursuing my Early Childhood Education degree. I am very passionate about working with children and watching their minds grow!

Meet Ms. Jessenia
Hi, I am Jessenia. I've been with RLC since I was a student-volunteer in 2020. Currently, I lead the 2 year old program, but am training to be a manager here. It’s a blessing to spend my days with little humans and watch them develop and learn. I am thankful to be here and share the laughter and joy the children bring.

Hello, I am a lead infant and one's teacher at RLC. My goal is to provide an uplifting environment where children can bloom. I have the eagerness to create an engaging and positive learning experience through joy. The early years of children’s development are the foundation to their future achievements.

Hello, I am Claudia. I have been working with Royalty Learning Center since October of 2021. I am very grateful for having the opportunity to help shape the minds of young children.

Hello, I'm Kayla. I have been with RLC since I was a student-volunteer in 2019. My son has been enrolled in RLC since he was 2 and I couldn’t be any happier with his progress in his development. I’m also currently pursuing my ECE degree. I am grateful to work with children and see them grow!

My name is Sabrina, I have been working at RLC for about two years. I have worked in all classes to help assist. My favorite part about working at RLC is working with each kid and age group to help them learn and create memories.

Hello, I am Angelique. I started as a volunteer back in 2021 and now I am able to serve as an official employee. My purpose here is to enhance the development of the children, as well as, strengthen their academic and personal being. I will forever cherish the little moments I spent with little minds.
